I have merchant account in business for paytm. normally i got a payment through QR code . 6/12/2019 i got a payment of rs 4500.and amount credit on my account on 7/12/2019. but the amount credited was Rs. 4394.33. when I called to customer care the told me your service should be stop by their department on 28/11/2019 but I couldn’t get any intimation or any update related to stop service. they told me my some transactions are not in there policy criteria. and they denied to explain the policy.
