sir/madam, i recharged my number 9099102638 with 35rs and my main balance is near about 65rs on 8th november 2018. vodafone deducted 49rs saing that it is value added services which is you downloaded. i used simple keypad mobile which is not a touchscreen mobile. vodafone not even called offer call from care or any messages from care for offer you are interested to download. i called customer care for that but they not give satisfactory response. they said you downloaded it we can’t do any thing. they send messages that if you not recharge your number will deactivate. solve this problem otherwise we need to change the operator.
