I am using Vi Cellular services and for making international call I have kept Rs. 500 balance which I have never used. But Vi is continuously deducting small amounts and now my balance is just Rs. 80 which will also be deducted in the name of “Thanks for using Bcafe Portal, you have been charged Rs.15”
