Text of Complaint by Ashwini Tomke:

I booked hotel malad heritage/residency on 7th October 2021, and when i reached there i came to know that the property doesn’t exists, and i was charged for the room. I want to contact agoda.com but none of their number works nore have option to chat with customer care freely regarding this issue.
