I recharged my VI number by 49 Rs, followed by 10 Rs recharge.
Still I was unable to send sms. Hence I called on customer care complaint no. 198. On call they asked me to press ‘1’ to continue call, after pressing ‘1’ they activated some vas service without any confirmation and deducted whole balance amount of 53 Rs.
This happened within 15 minutes after my recharge.
Next time I called on customer care number 199, executive denied me for refund.
