hello .. I Gouri with the number 9900479083 , changed my identity details as the proof for the sim in Bengaluru. And was deceived to get a post paid sim saying when I change the documents/proofs for the sim I can only get post paid sim and not pre paid .. where it is possible to get pre paid sim .. I was told the monthly plan is 299 and I would be getting 1gb data everyday which would be a normal plan as pre paid plans .. Now that I have been charged for downloading some data which is not my issue .. I’m willing to pay the amount of extra msgs that I have used .. but not for the data used .. bcz I was told my plan would be same as prepaid . I have been deceived by the Vodafone executive . I should have been told that I would be charged.. why was I told I would be getting 1gb data everyday and the plan would be same ? I have been also once charged unnecessarily for the caller tune while saying it was free of cost .. Please consider my issue and raise the complain for deceiving me .. and later charging me with unexpected bill . The service was later disconnected which caused a lot of inconvenience .. please consider this and take the necessary actions … I am very disappointed with the service and expecting compensation for being deceived by Vodafone .
