Text of Complaint by Amir:

After booking Archi51 through Agoda, I arrived with my family at around 2300hrs from airport and no one was there to facilitate
(despite of mentioning a special note while booking) even i was not being provided with the pass code for room, i tried calling on their number but no response i also emailed the appartment and agoda, but no response, after waiting and trying to access for 3 hours i left to find another option at 3 am on the streets of Milan with my family (wife and 2 daughters) but was unable to even find a taxi, I must mention that it was a terrible sitiation for myself and family with no option standing out under raining in the city of Milan, after struggling for hours I got a taxi to reach airport and spend the rest of the night at waiting lounge. Next morning I again tried to call them but no response, ultimately I had to leave Milan City while no option to stay. I am still trying to reach agoda and the appartment management for my refund but I am not receiving any response from them.
