On 30.09.2018 i purchased a product (Brand factory Vouchers) order no 6160863718 3 vouchers but due to technical issues one of the voucher got denied and two was successfully purchased it provides the offers like 100 rupees cash back to wallet for each voucher which i have got and 2 movie vouchers 250 rupees each Brand factory vouchers , those i still didn’t got. I have been following up with the Paytm team provided the query reference # 89031819 but its was keep on closing the issue without the providing resolution . Unfortunately Paytm care still responded properly to my query.
To resolve the problem i would appreciate to refund my money which i have sepnd on the brand factory vouchers.
