Flipkart promised me to deliver the product in time that is 06th Oct 2022, for that I have paid full advance amount. Now, the delivery get delayed by 10 days without any communication with me and the executive is not entertaining it. It will result in wastage of the time and cause mental stress.
As per the Flipkart policy the buyer is entitled to claim refund for delayed delivery products, however, Flipkart is also denying from it.
