I orderd Redmi Note 7 Pro which cost around INR 13999 from a website dealmyntra.in I did my payment through Google pay. My money got deducted as soon as I placed the order but I didn’t get any notification about the confirmation of the order. I tried to contact costumer service but the toll free number provided on the website was not working also I sent so many mails regarding my refund to their email ID. after a lot of days they sent me an mail asking for refund and told me to provide payment details as well as banking details so I did that. But after that my mails are unable to reach them. Please help me get my money back. I am from a poor family, 13999 means a lot to me. Please help
