My postpaid no 9920288656 is deactivated by Vodafone. Since many years I have Vodafone relation for complete family. I am requesting their customer care to change the tariff plan to minimum for both my no as we hardly use it. Me & my wife using the numbers only because the same is registered for many of our other service. But every time the executive give us false promises & make us the payment buy tariff remains same. We both are working hence don’t have time to visit their gallary for the same in their working hours. Hence we told them we will not pay the bill until it’s resolved coz they are just charging the rental for last couple of month. also whenwwe said we will go to consumer court then they said. Go we will see in consumer court. As we have not used the numbers at all it’s only rental charges increasing we requested them to reduce our bill & change the tariff for both the numbers. But in spite this time again their executive Anjali very smartely told us to pay 1224 for my no 9820972665 & then she will get the bill reduced for other no 9920288656 from amount of 1700 + but when I have paid RS 1230 now since last week she has stopped responding her phone. Whereas everyday she was calling me some many times for follow up. Also the rental bill is increasing month on month. We request you to pls get us justice from their ridiculous services & get them stopped from cheating people like us. It’s pathetic experience we have for being with Vodafone for so many years..I need my numbers to be activated immidiately…
