Hello Sir/madam
my no 9898583802 which was earlier a postpaid connection from vodafone and been ported in november to airtel prepaid is now turned inactive with reason of outstanding rs 16.52/- from vodafone.
when tried to pay the amount online vodafone not allowing the payment by msg mobile no does not exist.
sir first of all if any outstanding was left the same should have been informed and collected while porting Or between one month of porting whereas during lockdown this is not a relationship vodafone should maintain with the customer by just deactivating the no with short notice and w/o online payment service.
would request you to kindly activate the number and accept the payment by online transaction.
