DD National ( Channel 114), already being a free channel, is not available on our television.
It says we have not subscribed the channel even though the channel is already there in our subscription pack.
We also did SMS to add the channel to 56633 but we got the reply that the channel is already subscribed.
Then why it is not showing on the television?
