Hello,
I have taken plan of Rs. 109 of unlimited calls + 1GB data/day for 28 days.
The issue is with my data pack, it gets exhausted too quickly. I am just surfing, using facebook and whatsapp, neither watching videos nor sending large size files. Then too, within 1-2 hours the 1GB data gets exhaust and notification came too late after my balance turns to be Rs. 0. Though, seeing it practically the data doesn’t get exhaust surfing for this much stuff.
I called on Customer Care, but the guy was just sucking. He don’t know how to take care of the customers and instead he was shouting on me and the way he was talking was just bullshit.
It was just worst what I have experienced this time and earlier with Vodafone Customer Care Guy.
Just sick off the Vodafone’s service.
