I have raised many complaint mails to swiggy stating that somebody else in Mumbai is using my mail id to order their food through swiggy. I quoted them even with the order number for their referral and asked them to remove my mail id from that persons data. First of all how come this even possible? how could that person use my mail id? Even after many complaints for their support mail id my complaint hasn’t resolved yet. Its already been 3 or 4 months.
