Text of Complaint by Santosh Patel:

Respected Sir,

I am having my prepaid Mobile sim card no 8141258070. from Vodafone more than 5 years.
As it is a demand/offers nowadays for the plans having for the unlimited calls with 1/1.5/2/3.0 GB data per day, we used to recharge same plans as per requirements. But literally having active plans (unlimited calls) running with certain GB data per day, Vodafone stops the outgoing calls. I can’t even connect to customer care which is saying your outgoing service is stopped. At least I have to be able to talk to customer care if I don’t have alternative number to clear the things. This is happening every month. Every month I think to exit from Vodafone service which is worst than third class in compare to other providers. Kindly look into the same and let me know further course of action so that I can decide to choose better service provider than this absurd.
P.S. – I wish to write to TRAI with CC to PMO if nothing is going to be sorted out.
