Text of Complaint by Jatak Raj:

I had ordered a TV From Flipkart order no. OD225207421919235000. Account – no- 8249345954 . When package was delivered The TV had a cracked screen. Jeevies installation guys came for installation and return packaging (i have sms proof). I created return within 15 minutes of delivery of the product. The return request was finally approved. But Flipkart while approved my return request,told their courier boy not to pickup the package, and the return request was cancelled without my consent. After that again I created another return request with same item damaged reason, afterwards nobody picked up as before. Flipkart called and told that I have selected the right return reason and it’s courier fault hence they would resolve the issue by 29. But today again without my consent, they have updated that I REQUESTED THE CANCELLATION and seller cannot fulfill return request. I paid 15000₹ for a damaged TV? Clearly it was damaged during transportation as I created return within minutes. Jeevies from Flipkart guys are eye witness of the damaged item situation. Also Flipkart themselves have accepted return request twice. Now they have knowingly removed the return reason that I need to select so that I click on wrong reason so that they can blame me. Return window will close tomorrow and Flipkart is knowingly done fraud. I want my money back, I don’t want to do anything with Flipkart anymore. I have all call recording, acceptance of return request sms, all photos and videos I’ll share in consumer court. I need justice. Give me my money back. Stop doing such fraud Flipkart. You guys have done fraud here. Take return. I want my money back.. NOW FLIPKART IS NOT RESPONDING SINCE 7 DAYS . MY CALLS AND MSG ARE BEING IGNORED. EVEN ON CONSUMER COURT THEY ARE IGNORING. NOBODY CALLED ME EVEN AFTER PROMISING TO RESOLVE IN 24 HR. I have now no choice but to go to consumer court. I’ll be sending legal notice as they have denied to help.
