Hi,
I ordered Flying machine brand shoes thru Myntra app on 25’th Dec’19. I received shoes on 1st Jan’20 after opening i found them defective so i raised request for exchange on 2nd Jan’20 with same design then i received new shoes on 12th of Jan’20 in afternoon. After receiving shoes i noticed that this shoes also have some defects, even more defect than which i received earlier.  At two places there glue was also coming outside from bottom part so i thought that these are fake/copy of branded shoes so i called customer care so that i may inform about this and they may keep eye on that vendor as this is destroying the brand of myntra. Customer care registered my request and told me to do nothing till we investigate from our end. Then i received one mail from customer care asking for images so while capturing the images i noticed there were two tinny small holes in one part so i also sent them image of that part by highlighting spl. that area and other glue part. I received email that your issue will be resolved by 15th of Jan’20. But nothing happened and i keep contacting them multiple times of status and they just given me timeline to wait for ” We are working or your case and please wait for 24-48 hrs”, but every time i didn’t get solution except this timeline. I made them call multiple times till 24th January 2020 and they just said me that we have escalate your case and please wait for another 24 hrs. Today on 25th Jan i received mail and smd that your request has been declined as we have order fresh pair of shoes from our end and you are returning damage product to us”. Today i again called customer care and talked for more than hour arguing this that how can you put blaim on me that shoes was Good from your side and it got damged from my sid. The Guy named Nishank told me that we have investigate from our end and found fresh piece was sent to you. Initially he told me that one executive came to my door to check and he found it defective later when i said nobody has contacted me to check shoes then he said, we have done investigation on basis of pictures sent by you and found it defective, again later he said that product is not declined in basis of your image, it is declined as we have checked thru our internal process and we can’t share with you. And we can not help you in this and can not take return.
I am very harassed by them thru not answering my mails and asking me to just wait. They even don’t let customer open box without paying and if you find it defective then they will say in each case that everything passes from our stringent quality test hence no defects can be accepted. They have mentally tortured me. I have also bought other products in past and in December also where i have not returned or exchanged except one, but this time they have shown there real face.
