I ordered a saree from Lakshmi Boutique 2021 and received it on 31-August-2023. I noticed the saree had several damages and discolouration even without opening the saree and sent them videos and pictures. However they haven’t provided a clear response yet and say only that I don’t have a proper unboxing video. The videos I sent clearly shows a lot of damages but still they are trying to cheat me. This is my first online purchase outside Amazon and have been cheated.
