I have ordered 6 items of earrings from factoryoutlets.biz website.they have same instagram id also.i have made the payment on 28 th july i received the product with damaged with shipment 674 .order number 1480
I received the courier from trackon courier ,tracker id is 1383144159.
As in the policy of there is damaged in the product they will refund it .i have even messaged in instagram id same factoryoutles.biz .they message i will talk for return and blocked me.they are making money by foolong people by giving very worst quality and defective product.for payment they call us and for defective they dont even respond ..i want my money back .They cannot fool customer..can u take serious step
