Received a saree ordered from Instagram. It was a damaged saree and when tried to contact the seller they are not responding to my text and call

ordered 2 kurtis from moongoddess couture ..recieved 1 kutri aftter 75 days and my 2nd kurti is missing..raised a complaint to them but there is no reply..no one is picking up calls…very worst service..they find time to post customer review but the same page were i posted my complaint they are not ready to reply..
Worst quality price is too high. Sending wrong product and not replying for long. Saying both same product only we delivered. Irresponsible behaviour like they sent wrong product asking us to courier back. They are not responsible for the wrong product delivered.
