I purchased one IFB washing machine from Amazon but it is a defective product according to the installation technician from IFB and within the timeline I raised the issue with Amazon. They told another technician will visit within 4 working days but no one came. Now Amazon is not looking into the issue as they received there money. They are not replacing the product or they not refunding the price of the product. They close every window and not behaving well.
