I am a vodafone customer for15 yrs and last 6 yra using for bank otp in uae i need to keep my number active . Till last month my plan was 175 rupeesand from october2021 its 500rupees . Whixh is 6000 inr for a year. I dont use my no for any calls untill i vsist ondia and for the last 2 yrs i didnt vsist. All my bills are 175 rupees . This is exploiting customer just to keep no active. I want my pkan back or reduce my bills back to same amt. After all this pandemic every business try to exploit customers. I always paid my bills on time . I need my number active and this is the kind of service i reciev. Xomplaint 5 times to vodafone.
