Description: we bought refrigerator from flip kart but received damaged product. But as of now flipkart didn’t take this product and didn’t refund money. Called them multiple times and spoke to them multiple time more than 20 times but each and every time they re saying 24-48 hrs. i have purchased this product on 25 th APril 2023 and as of now didn’t get any resolution from them. I have called them more than 26 times and as of now the response is: 1) we are sorry 2) we don’t have visibility 3) we can only escalate 4) issue will be resolved with 24-48 hrs. It’s been about to a month with out any resolution. When i get the product immediately called to the customer care and mentioned we received damaged product( The de fridge door was in broken condition), we have taken a video as well while opening the fridge. They mentioned they will collect the fridge with in 7 days and provided resolution date is -30th APR. later they requested for 8th May and requested for images and invoice , i sent every thing. on 8th may one member called me and mentioned thatas of now we didn’t review your request as SLA is over hence we are closing the ticket and will open other ticket and he disconnected the call with out information. again when call to the customer care they mentioned the resolution date is on 14th may and they closed the ticket with out any information. on that day onwards every day apologies for the inconvenience. They never resolved the issue even they failed to process the request with in 7 days of return policy time. Flipkart made me in critical situation and raised a complaint in National consumer helpline support and could see the updated response to contact seller. I should get my services as expected from flipkart. My initial resolution date is on Apr-30 th, then May 8th and then May 14th and still going on with out any single call from them. Totally disappointed with their cheating and need assistance and would like to lodge a complaint on flipkart. It’s been more than 45 days and now flip kart is saying it’s thier mistake to not fix the issue with in 7 days, but as the product return policy got expired, they can not able to do any thing. and there is no response from them . I called them more than 28 times and every time your problem will get resolved with in 24-48 hrs. Would like to lodge complaint on the service and on wrong product . Need your help how to get this done.
