We had ordered washing machine in October 2019.

After that due to certain reasons and nationwide lock down, installation process of that product was not completed. Recently technician from Bosch came for the installation and observed that, product is damaged from inside and outside. They had also given written note that product is damaged during transportation and it is completely unused till now. So my request to amazon is that please replace my washing machine with new piece or please bare the cost of repairing. This is very bad experience with amazon.
