Damaged product delivered, Amazon refused to replace it.
Ordered 43 inch sony smart tv from Amazon on16th Jan 2022.
Installation guy arrived on 21st Jan 2022. When he has opened product, he realised that the product is damaged intransit. Contacted amazon and they refused replacement as they claim open box inspection was done (Its not done by Delivery agent, we are unaware of that policy)
Neither Amazon nor sony ready to replace the product and customer has to bear the loss. Please help me to resolve the issue and take action against Amazon and Sony..
