I ordered a foot mat for my car on 19/1/21, got it on 25/1/21,which I found damaged and defective, informed paytm immidiately, but getting no response till date. Status showing “your return request has been rejected”

Order ID 12590620888

Return order ID 12700859810 status is “payment received”.

Kindly look into it, as how long will it take?
