- I have ordered a plant from the paytm t delthe was descrption of the product is not sufficient the product delivered but the product is damaged and the is pot plant they provide is totally damaged and the plant was dead now when I contact with customer executive they say it’s non returnable product so we can’t help you I got a damaged product and they said we can’t help you .the package is cursed when I said it to delivery boy he said mam due to other packages it is cursed it’s ok from inside and customer care executive said we can’t help you.
