I have ordered micromax LED TV 43 inch with 7 days return policy if damaged or defective. I tried to request return online but not able to initiate. I have send email with images of product but got reply that return can’t not be accepted as my account is flagged for return request. I called to 012038883888 on 25 Apr 17 and assured resolution within 48 hrs but nothing happened. I called again on 27 Apr 17. I have been asked for more images of product, packaging and invoice which i sent on same day. On 28 Apr 17 I received email stating your return request rejecting due to validation. I called paytm but my called placed on hold 20 minuts than disconnected then I have requested for call back and conversation end with “return can’t be accepted” but I didn’t satisfy then I place on hold and disconnected.
