I had purchased Atomizer Fumigation machine for Rs 7690 with order I’d 402-7635512-8214731 on 20 th May .It was not shipped until June 1 st and on repeated complaints Prime health and beauty who was the seller shipped it on June 2 nd.I received it on a June 6 th and on working it was defective and on immediately complaining amazon told it will be resolved by June 10 th.Having no resolution till June 11 ,I again contacted amazon and I was told that it was seller fulfilled order and that amazon had no role.On contacting seller , he directed me to send the item back to him via courier and he will send another one on sharing the despatch details of damaged.I had to spend Rs 330 and send it back as amazon too directed the same.But after that also seller is not despatching item till date and amazon has nothing to do.Amazon customer care only protects interest of seller by taking prepaid orders/making sure seller gets back item.But they never protects interests of customers.Now I lost Rs 7690 with no product/refund for past month.
