Order # 407-8403744-4189906, about a speaker that I have received in a defective state. I got one of the speaker installed and found that the other isn’t working. Hence would had to get the wire soldered and install because uninstalling, replacing, reinstalling would incur me more than a simple solder would. But still encountered extra cost of Rs300.
Did not even bother much.

Later, Order # 404-6718395-0294765, About a gym bike a heavy 25kg exercise bike that got delivered without the bubble wrap on a two wheeler. How funny things can get I still imagine. Got a damaged bike received and got a response from the team that the item cannot be replaced even though the item is in stock. Reason being they had given the promotions in the sale which nevertheless did not want to give.
Now when asking for the compensations so that I reorder, no compensations are been given rather on an EMI I had to pay an extra amount of Rs 199 for the processing fees because of their foolish attitude towards the delivery.
