Text of Complaint by Shabaz Allarakhia:

Please find below the chain of events :
1) Desley Checkin Suitcase ordered on 8th July 2023 which was delivered on 13th July 2023.
2) On 13th July 2023 itself, I’ve raised a return request on the Flipkart App.
3) My Return Request was shown resolved, even thought the product continued to remain with me until the 25th July 2023. During this period I’ve continuously been following up on the Flipkart App but to no avail. Further disrespecting a valued customer, Flipkart falsely updates attempted pickup and cancels my return/refund request on 25th July 23.
4) In frustration, I’ve called your Customer Care at 12:30am for the 2nd time and escalated this to a Senior Rep Sachin to absolutely NO SUPPORT OR HELP (Call Reference # IN23072600242319186874; call lasted 31 mins)
5) Finally, one more return request was raised, which yet again is cancelled by Flipkart for no reason
6) I have numerous pictures along with all screenshots of communication with Flipkart
