I had ordered office chair, it was delivered in a very bad condition with the box damaged and parts hanging out, I asked the delivery guy to take it back and he refused to take it back and asked me to contact customer care and left!! When I called the customer care and informed the same, they are not bothered about it at all and they are asking me to open the box and check if there are damages or else just shut up and use it!! A lady argued with me a lot and when I demanded for a senior, she denied it, she gave lot of reasons and when I demanded for a call back, she even told me that her shift is done and won’t be able to arrange a call back, somehow I made her call me back from her senior and he turns out to be a more rude guy than her and they forced me to open the box and use the product !! And now I have requested for a return of the product as it is damaged and making a lot of noise, this is how Amazon’s agents and policies are!!!
