I had ordered for a Sony earbuds and headphone combo pack. I received the order today(26/06/2020), however the product is not as expected.
The package included only the headphones and no earbuds.
The headphones received are in damaged state and not as specified.
Refund mailWmail initiated hasthas bounced back and thecthe phonetphone number is always switched off
