Text of Complaint by Reena Sungra:

The TV was received on 26th September 2022. We were not aware of Open Box Inspection policy Amazon have. Neither the delivery boy inform us about it at the time of taking the OTP from us. My kids were available and the TV was delivered to my kids. The delivery agent called me for OTP. And like other orders I gave the OTP. When I called the installation guy from Amazon on 28th June 2022. He open the box and found LCD damage. He reported it to his manager and his manager asked us to report it to Amazon. Later Amazon customer care Rep denied to provide replacement of MI LCD by saying you should have checked the LCD at the time of Delivery.

We agreed that there was a miss from our end. But pls understand we are a salary class people and we have purchased this MI LCD TV on EMI. We are not in a position to pay for complete EMI or to contact MI Customer care and pay for the Damage LCD. Kindly help us in this case and get either refund or return from Amazon India. We will ensure that we will take care of this in future regarding open box inspection. But this time kindly provide us either refund or return
