Text of Complaint by Vipin kumar singh:

My name is vipin. I odered smartwatch by amazon. when i received that watch after 2 days charging issue. i made complain and he amazon customer care said i will exchange your product. when i received my exchange watch i saw that watch was different not android. within 2 minutes again i raised the complain and said that watch was different . customer care said don’t worry i will initiate the pick. when the pick up boy come to me he saw that watch he said sorry I can’t take this. again i call the customer are his grievance team said i will arrange the enquiry regarding your product. after 4-5 days I call o customer care he said delear said i sent proper watch. now i am totally upset with this kind of service
