I have boarded the flight of Air India express on 24th feb 2024 from Mumbai to Srinagar with 2 checkin baggages. When I received the baggage at Srinagar airport 3 wheels of my Skybags suitcase were missing and the 4th one was also damaged. I have all the evidence of the baggage which was damaged and onground staff of airindia express denied to file the complaint and offered me Rs. 400 for settlement for all the damages. The original cost of the suitcase was INR 8000.
