This is Suman, I hold an account in HDFC Bank,Tonk Road, Jaipur. My customer ID is 8297352, account number is 06441050009749.
I wrongly credited Rs 64,000.00 on 20/10/2019 (Sunday) through PhonePe due to some fraudulent activity, which I realised later and went to bank branch on 21/10/2019, early morning at 9.30 am to inform this and know if this can be traced and somehow this can be reversed. I was told that they will revert by evening. (so lethargic approach, I guess such complaints to be treated on priority) Don’t know why common man is treated so casually?
Unfortunately, I got no response from the branch till now (9.35 pm). My transaction details are as attached.
Today I got a notification on Google Chrome that you have won 1609 rupees so much money. After clicking on it, I opened from direct phone and after entering the account number pin amount automatically debited from my account 1609 rupees,So kindly help me.
On Dated 31.07.2020 I received Google Chrome Notification, about Rs. 5000 as a reward. After clicking on it, I opened from direct phonepe and after pressing OK, Rs. 4999/= automatically debited from my Bank Account, So kindly help me. I am in worst condition during this pandemic Situation.

Today I got message that you won cash back of 4.454 as free cash back through phone pay wen I click on ok my account automatically got debited very fraud app. Kindly refund my amount
since 10th august my account was stole by someone. And they remove all my money. Please help me to return my money.

We have received a call from Phone pay official Mr. Deepak Kumare, Contact No : 074783 02010. He was debited amount Rs 4000 from my ICICI Bank account and Rs 4995 from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account without my intimation. Please help me to refund my amount.

I am in worst condition during this pandemic Situation.
