I have called vodafone care after issues with related to data connectivity since the last five days.
1st call at 03. 15.
Spoke with the rep. And discussed the issues. Was informed that the settings would be messaged to me in the next 10 mins. It was not done.
2nd call at 03.39.
Csr… Devendra.informed him the same for the settings,said server down. Cannot help. was very rude..not at all expected, my problem is unsolved. On my asking him for his team lead he responded that there is no supervisor on the floor.i was told to call in the 08.00 in the morning as nothing can be done now.. he jussst hung up..SO CALLED SUPERIORS AT VODAFONE…. IS IT JUST THE BEGINNING TO THE END? Not expected from vodafone. Kindly teach your employees to talk in the right way and not argue with your customers. I have the call recording with me and would be glad to share it with you.
