Text of Complaint by Aarthi Sitaraman:

The CSA by name Nagaraj from Vodafone in AECS layout, Kundalahalli Bangalore had disabled my SIM. When I went to the store (am a frequent visitor), the agent said he wants original of aadhar without which he won’t do anything.

When I raised saying its sufficient to show a copy of e-aadhar, Nagaraj completely disabled my phone saying now you can’t do anything at all. He also asked me to shut up and hand over my aadhar.
