Dear Team,
My Name is Bhavani. I am a Customer of Vodafone Telephone Services.
But an Ex – Boyfriend had updated my mobile number without my permission and has disappeared without making payments to his Vodafone Bill.
His Name is Kevin Varghese, Contact Number is 7768825348 and his physical address of his family is at NIBM Road I do not know the Building Name but it is opposite the NIBM Post Office in the corner.
Now I have provided all possible existing contact details of Kevin Varghese and his Sister and Friends.
But every day I receive a call with a rude voice asking for payment and is I am Kevin Varghese.
I have informed the Lady or man on the call to not call me as I am running my own business I receive many calls a Day and this Troubles me to know I’m getting more calls because of Mr. Kevin Varghese Fault of not paying the Bill.
I have asked them to unbar his number and call him. which they would not and I have no idea of another contact number of his and his address all I know is he works at a Leads Generation Company in Pune Kalyani Nagar.
Please, I’m raising this Complaint because I’m facing depression with the way Vodafone is troubling me I never get calls like this for myself as am a regular Bill Payer I have defaulted never and still they forget my loyalty and are harassing me.
They call me as Kevin everytime they call and then they ask if I am related when on every call have given his friends, sisters number, I am still being called.
Please if you don’t reach out to Kevin tell them to go reach out to his sister who works at Symantec in Pune Kharadi.
