Text of Complaint by Siddharth Sagart:

Recently bought Crossbeats Nexus 2.01″ smart watch from amazon on 11th Nov 2023. After two days the watch touch was not working. I have raised the return to amazon but they have requested to contact service center .So, I went directly to service center but have asked to contact customer support through email. Then return was initiated and product was taken back but refund or exchange of product not provided.

I have constantly following up with customer support no response.I feel really cheated of 5000rupees and bitter experience from both amazon and crossbeats
