I have order food from Zomato application on dated 27 July 2022, the food was delivered within time, but when I served the food to eat i come to know that there is a big cricket inside the food. I called the Zomato assistance but didn’t get satisfactory answer. It was already 12:30 Am (night) so we slept without having food that night. It was nightmare for us to have cricket in the food. I am badly affected by the food poisoning and visited the doctor by 28.08.2022 morning. Due to poisionus food i am bearing with the helth issues and medical expenses as well a burden with no fault. Therefore I am raising this complain against Zomato for my mental and physical loss.
