I applied for One Card on 4 July. Tried my first transaction to pay bill on 6 July and it got declined. Upon reaching the customer care they asked me to retry transaction after 10-15 days!! If I am not able to use credit card when I need it then what’s the point of taking a Credit card?? I can’t wait till 2 weeks if I have an urgency to pay???? Now when I asked the ONE CARD company to close close the card as I don’t want such useless card, they are asking me to pay approx ₹3450/-… Ridiculous!!!!
