I have ordered a dress from craze and demand which costed Rs.1849/- and received product is of so poor quality and not the same what they have displayed regarding the material and the design and the kind of work.As their cancellation policy has returns within 3days, I have done it on the 2nd day immediately through their website after checking the product. The customer care number which was mentioned in the website is getting connected to some other company called peach mode and they are rejecting calls directly. Also, after repeated emails, they have replied today saying there is no return for this product which is not true. I have returned the product in their website ,If it doesn’t have return it doesn’t show that it is waiting for approval for few days where in now when I checked the webite in my account, they have removed the orders placed,delivered and return details of the order, I mean all details regarding the order itself have been removed from the website.Also when I tried replying to their email today there is a failure notice which I feel they change email IDs. After all this, I have gone through the reviews and got to know they are faking the most of the people doing the same, displaying costly products and sending them cheap quality and not refunding the amount when they want to return.This company needs Law intevention and they are messing up and doing fraud Business cheating people.Below are the details of the product.

After numerous calls and mails, no resolution for the issue.Please help us in getting the refund and also I would really request you to take some action on the company before they trap some more people.
This is a total fraud company . They send wrong products to initiate return n get your bank details . My 60K got withdrawn as soon I accepted the link sent for getting my refund. Now they are not talking on phone even. TOTAL FRAUD !
