I’m writing to you because I am unable to get through to the Dtdc Serivice in Narsapuram. I have been trying to get through since last 22 days and each time they tell me that my parcel is on its way and will be delivered soon. I was concerned when the parcel did not come so I called my friend in Narsapuram and she went there but they refused to give her any details. When she asked about the parcel, they said that it would take 2 more days for delivery which has now been over 30 days. I am really worried about what could be happening with my package. Please help me find out where it is or if it was lost.
