I’M parches rs2250 eye glasses

100% cash back up to 2000

But they are no refund my amount

I remember you when I booking complete and then call customer service and confirm cash back eligibility  costumer executive say yes you are eligible for 100% Cash back offer from my booking order

When my Cash back not deposit  again i call customer service  number 01246101010 and his say “i send request your cash back is deposit within 48 hours.1 June 19

When 6 days passed

And I call today she’s saying you’re not eligible for this offer

So I’m asking you why give wrong information all time
