This is very very disappointing to write a mail to you regarding your poor services by the jio store, by your call agents and your live chat agents. Non of them is providing me the solution of my query.
I have given a request of change my jio postpaid number into prepaid on 30 april. On that day the person who is responsible to do the same in your store was on leave. Another service provider ask me to sign the form and ask me to submit my poa and poi which i have submitted. He also ask me to deposit 50 rs in my account while the o/s balance was 33. And also ask me to do payment of rs 99 membership fees and recharge fees of 399 which i have done at the same time. He advice me that the concern official will come tomorrow and we will do the same. Yesterday i have received a mail that my request is rejected and i need to visit store. Today in morning i visited store again to know the issue. On which your service provider ask me that the same will be done by 2 pm. Ob asking on your toll free number again they are saying to visit store. On live chat they are again asking to visit store again. I m not able to understand why this is not done so far and why every time they ask me to visit store. My jio number is 8685980123. Please lookinto the matter and resolve the same. I am visiting your ambala city store till now.
