Dear sir,
On 17 dec 2018, I placed a order at Flipkart for Samsung On8 order with net payment.However when I spoke to Flipkart executive, he suggested to place fresh order as the order was unsuccessful. But the amount was deducted in my account 12990Rs
I placed fresh order on 18 dec 2018(12990Rs), received the mobile. Further I reffered to SBI, Gandhinagar, Bellary my home branch for the 17 dec 2018 refund(12990Rs), Bank took long time even after repeated visits by me and stated on 2nd may 2019, that transaction is successful as per their records.
They asked me refer to flipkart for refund.
