Dear Team,
From since I had taken Broadband Connection I am always facing problem of Speed slow and internet connection disconnected twice or thrice in a month. As well as they had taken 25 days process for the shifting my GTPL connection. In 25 days I’m not able to use my internet connection.
They made MY GTPL Application but it’s useless. From Application I couldn’t raise query and complaint whenever I need. Have to call the customer care. So many mails had done in appellate Authority as well as customer support team of GTPL Broadband.
Kindly take it as seriously issue because so many GTPL client also irritated from the GTPL.
